Judging Process

There are two types of judging process that are used in the AFC awards.

For the first, entries are submitted via our online portal. For each category there are a set of questions which companies use to build their entry and provide written evidence for the judges to independently assess. It is the scoring of these entries that is used to select the shortlist amd winners in each category.

For the second, companies are peer judged by their own employees, customers or supporters. Entrants for each of these categories will be provided with details to share so that they can be independently and anonymously scored by the people that know them best.
