Graeme set up CBC Resourcing Solutions in 1992, with it then being known as CBC Associates. They are recruitment specialists in the fields of Asset, Motor, Invoice and Consumer Finance.

Graeme is also a Director at The Leasing Foundation.

Prior to starting CBC, Graeme worked at companies including Midland Bank and Hewitt Management Selection.
