He works closely with colleagues across the group to strengthen introducer relationships and support SMEs with flexible funding solutions.  Paul has extensive experience in asset and specialist finance, having held senior leadership roles across both lenders and brokerages. Throughout his career, he has built strong distribution networks and delivered sustainable commercial growth.  He is known for a pragmatic leadership style and a strong emphasis on long‑term value creation.
