Nova is a highly accomplished senior executive in the asset finance industry with over 30 years of experience in financial services. Currently, she is serving as a lending director on the board of the NACFB alongside her role as Director of Asset Finance at Metro Bank. Nova previously held senior positions at Aldermore, Close Brothers, ING Lease UK and GE Capital European Equipment Finance.

Known for her strategic insight and leadership acumen, she has played a pivotal role in driving growth and delivering results throughout her career. Her deep industry knowledge, combined with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and shaping forward-thinking strategies, positions her as a key driver of sustainable business growth and innovation.

Outside of work, Nova is a proud mother of two daughters and enjoys nothing more than long dog walks with her partner, John, finding balance and inspiration in the outdoors.
