Steve joined PEAC Solutions in 2021 and has over 30 years of experience in the leasing and financial services industry, including time in general equipment (asset) finance as well as full-service vehicle leasing. In his capacity as Managing Director of PEAC Solutions UK, he is responsible for all aspects of local market business operations including Sales, Risk Management, Finance and Accounting, Compliance, Operations, IT and Human Resources. Prior to joining PEAC Solutions, Steve worked with Barclays Bank for 18 years, where he held positions of increasing scope and responsibility, culminating with his appointment as Head of Barclays Asset Finance in 2019. In addition to his day-to-day responsibilities, Steve has also spent over eight years on the main board of the Finance and Leasing Association UK, including two years as Chairperson for the Asset Finance Division. Previously, he also spent three years on the board of Motability Operations Group plc., a company that provides sustainable mobility solutions to more than 700,000 people with disabilities in the UK.
