Jarek Skowronski started his journey with DLL in 2008 as an International Management Trainee. Over his 18-year career at DLL, he has taken on numerous regional and country manager roles, including serving as General Manager of Singapore and the Asia Region and General Manager for AGCO Finance in France. In his role as DLL’s General Manager for the UK and Ireland Jarek is responsible for leading our operations in the UK and Ireland, ensuring that we continue to deliver exceptional service to our customers and drive growth in these key markets. Jarek's extensive experience across diverse cultures and countries has equipped him with valuable insights into local customer, dealer and team dynamics. This has enabled him to enhance local structures, including the transformation of business processes and procedures, while increasing partner satisfaction as evidenced by a positive Net Promoter Score improvement; a skill set that also benefits him in his current position.
