Mark is a co‑founder and director of Compass Business Finance, an independent asset‑based finance provider specialising in sectors including print, packaging, construction, and engineering. Founded in 2005 with his brother Jamie, Compass is now celebrating its 20th year of trading. Mark has played a central role in building the business through multiple economic cycles, supporting its growth into a 35‑strong team, completing two strategic acquisitions and developing an own‑book lending operation of more than £110m. His experience spans both brokerage and direct lending, giving him a deep, practical understanding of the asset finance market.
